Nela Vlček is a resident of Propast, Europolis and one of Zoë's first new friends there. She runs a food stall called Nela Bites outside of Seshadri Tower. She is a Marxist and is getting trouble from the authorities about her permit, and is also being harassed by other revolutionaries who are asking her to do dangerous things.
Nela also has some familiarity with Hanna Roth.
