Hope Street Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church in Hope Street, administered by Sentinel Minstrum Father Raul. The cathedral was built in the heyday of Hope Street, when it was still a nice, safe neighbourhood. April marvels that the impressive stained glass windows are all intact, and a huge pipe organ covers one wall.
It features a strange fresco near the confessionals of a cherub wrapped in red cloth that is flying towards the right side of the image. April admits that she does not remember that particular scene from the Bible, guessing at first that it may be from the "sequel", but then surmising that the painting looks much older than the sequel's 2204 publishing date.
