Chief Council of the Ayrede Flag
The current ruler of Ayrede at the time of the events in The Longest Journey. He is mentioned by both Vestrum Tobias and Jemein Urthrin (in his Travels in the Northlands). If the latter is of some antiquity, it is possible that Dellan is from a long-lived magical race.
