Message from Emma telling April to meet Cortez "where kids visualize their dreams". It's presence in the game proper is not confirmed, and it may be another dropped item.
One theory is that it would have been on the notice board in the Border House, but was dropped since it wasn't logical for April to check it twice. Another is that a whole story branch where April didn't go to the Fringe, was dropped.
