The Newport Docks are the abandoned ship- and construction yard of Newport. Many of the ships there are now rusting, and shuttles may have replaced them as cargo transport. April comments that, from the Docks, the towers of Newport look "very eerie and gothic".

The Docks are home to Burns Flipper, who lives in an old garage hooked up with state-of-the-art technology, probably tapping into the existing lines for power. The junk around the garage seems to have been claimed by him: the Camero April takes an interest in responds with a danger message in the Flipper's voice.
