An empty pizza box from a Bingo! instant pizza machine in Metro Mall. It was thrown away in a hurry by the consumer, possibly because the food dispenser had then been shut down by the Newport Department of Biological Warfare.

April used the box as a pretext to go up to Jacob McAllen's office in the MTI Building, getting past 'Jerry' in the lobby. Considering how easily Jerry bought her story, McAllen might actually order pizza on a regular basis.
